Sylvie is a corporate finance expert specialized in digital monetization and operational efficiency, with successful M&A experience in both sale and raising equity.
Prior to founding mycfo-services, Sylvie was SVP Strategy & FPA for kgb where she was providing strategic thinking as well as overseeing financial and business planning activities across the organization. She was formerly the managing partner for the strategic team at Quantum Wave, a M&A boutique specialized in mobile internet where she headed the active investment banking engagements. Sylvie served as the Chief Financial Officier of Qype (recently acquired by Yelp), used to be European Director of Monetization for Yahoo Search Marketing, responsible for defining and executing on European monetization strategy and previously served as FD for Yahoo Southern Region.

 

Geraldine is a business finance expert with extensive experience in cost control, budgets, forecasting, operational and financial analysis, human ressources and accounting. Geraldine’s background includes several and financial roles in internet, media and food industries.
Prior to founding mycfo-services, Geraldine was heading the analytics team of kgb deals for both the UK and France, where she provided leadership within the executive team in the execution and continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. She was recently consultant at SMG Finance, working for companies such as Danone or Yoplait where she gave financial insight and support across different activities. She also held various positions at Yahoo!, including European Monetization Manager, France Operation Finance Manager and Finance Controller across Southern Europe.
